In the event that you should discover after purchase that the item does not fit or that you do not like it, a returns label is enclosed in every package. We will bear the costs of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by us for a return initiated within Germany. Otherwise, the direct return costs are to be borne by you. If you are not sure what to do, simply send us an e-mail to shop@kafloor.de. We will take care of the next steps and give you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
If possible, please send the goods back to us in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that it is adequately protected against transport damage by using suitable packaging. We also ask you to use the returns label that we will provide you with. If you do not take these points into account, you are of course entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal without restriction.
