Warranty conditions Kafloor floor mats

Dear customer, dear customer,
Our products are subject to strict quality control. Should one of our products nevertheless fail to function properly, we regret this very much.
Irrespective of the statutory warranty rights, which of course exist without restriction if the legal requirements are met, we as the manufacturer grant a warranty for the aluminium profiles used in our mats and on the profile joints for the products listed below, which are purchased from us from 01.06.2021, for the duration of the warranty period specified for the respective product under the following conditions:
Products with a guarantee / guarantee period
Kafloor doormat Portagard 3 years
The warranty period begins with the purchase of the new product from Kafloor Mats GmbH.
Scope of the warranty / warranty claim
If, in the case of a product covered by the guarantee, the aluminium profiles installed become deformed within the guarantee period or the profile connections become loose within the guarantee period, you are entitled to repair or replacement of the defective profile or the defective connection at our discretion. For mats located outside the borders of the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France, the warranty claim is limited to the free delivery of replacement parts. If the product has been taken out of our range during the warranty period or if the aluminium profiles used in the product have been
or the profile connections have been changed by us, a claim under the guarantee exists exclusively for payment of € 50 per individual case.
Assertion of the guarantee
In order to claim under the guarantee, we must be notified in writing immediately after becoming aware of any deformation of the aluminium profile(s) used or of any defect in the profile connections within the guarantee period at the following address: kafloor Mats GmbH, Johann-Gutenberg-Platz 1, 06773 Gräfenhainichen, Germany; eingangsmatten@kafloor.de. The order confirmation number (order number) must be included with the notification. The notification must be accompanied by the order confirmation number (AB), which is located on the underside of the product, and photographs documenting the defect. Please be sure to provide a contact address with telephone and e-mail details so that we can coordinate the handling of the warranty claim.
Exclusion of warranty claims
Warranty claims are excluded if the deformation of installed aluminium profiles or the defect of the profile joints is due to
- Changes to the factory condition, e.g. through independent modifications or repairs,
- non-observance of the load specifications applicable to the product,
- non-observance of the building recommendation given for the product,
- improper cleaning or failure to clean the product
- Use of force (e.g. impact, shock),
- interventions that have not been carried out by a service address authorised by us,
are attributable to the product.
